The Team Death Wish that many(?) within the United Vigil have grown to love (or hate) might have always been comprised of fatalistic kids, but there wasn't always just ten of them. Their members met others along the way, or were drawn together by the machinations of some Malice Kings - but while those "others" have moved on to other things, the core group has continued to stick together.
Team Death Wish also has a number of folks who don't officially belong to the blade anymore, but do try their best to help out. Not all of them are willingly along for the ride, but hey: we all gotta do what we all gotta do to save the world, right?
The unfortunate victim of misdiagnosis combined with Filipino-Catholic ignorance towards mental health, Amelia – “Amy” or “Rocket” depending on who she’s talking to and whether she actually likes you enough (or at least finds you interesting) – firmly believed that she was a sociopath, and that sociopaths were supposed to be evil and destructive. Oni-tsukai training under – of all people – Makoto Kuzunoha may have whipped the girl into shape, but it certainly hasn’t taken the edge off of her instability. That’ll probably take a BIT more time…
Amelia was re-assigned to the Philippines once she finished a crash course in Zangyaku life and achieved some milestones in her personal development. Other conspiracies might find the dynamic between her and her geist a little worrisome, but this sort of thing fits right in to the way Zangyaku does things. As things stand, it's a good thing they pushed the bill with her. The world has fallen to shit, and the United Vigil needs their operatives to be strong and willing to compromise - or completely apathetic towards the dirtier aspects of doing their jobs.

His world turned upside down when he was reunited with his old friends, and learned that there was a whole new game out there - and that he could never control everything about it.
Harvey tried running with Team Death Wish, but things changed far too much in his opinion for him to believe that staying with them full-time was productive. He convinced Jessie to let him handle the Sleeping Knights, which occupied most of his time up until the Hanged Man felt that he needed his friend in the Philippines. Before he could really get things set up for Owari there, however, things went to shit.

Harvey's social blindness - an almost complete inability to empathize with human beings and read social cues - isn't actually due to him being a Technomancer: his awakening simply aggravated what he had as a result of his brain being wired differently. His friends have done what they could to convince him to... well, reach out and be a little more human, but Harvey is a stubborn thing.

Her mother used to be a liaison for Ordo Daywalker until she was assassinated by operatives of the Methuselah. Pilar is busy adjusting to the demands of her new life now that she plans on helping the Maharlika out - all of the explosions, major and minor, that have happened since the Ides have not changed much for her in that direction. She still doesn’t know whether she’ll work to fill in her mother’s shoes or not.

The main reason why Pilar dropped off of the radar for Team Death Wish is because of her son. It's hard to keep up with a fast-paced group of singles when you're a mother of a very young boy who hasn't been adjusting well to this new age.

The one surviving heir of the main Santibanez family line. He was taken in by his uncle, and attempted, for most of his life, to turn his eyes away from the terrible vengeance he had wrought upon the people (creatures) responsible for the murder of his parents. After coming into his own skin as a werewolf, though, a lot of things started making sense.
Alden had to leave Team Death Wish in order to make peace with his own blood, and build clout with the Tribes of the Moon. He came back from his spirit trials a little before the Ides of March, and was ferrying in and out of Manila, doing work for Brianna Lopez. At this moment, he's the Groundskeeper of Casas de Santibanez, the Maharlika's power base on his family's lands.

She ended up re-entering D's life at the same time that the rest of Team Death Wish stumbled into it for the first time.
D first made Chari the guardian ghost of his Sanctum. Later, when Team Death Wish got a warehouse of their own, he worked to make her a homunculus body that she could possess. He fucked up a little bit (hence the handprint across her face and neck), but that's okay. Chari likes to think of it as D's personal touch on her.
