PLOT POINTS AS OF 01 OCTOBER 2016 The Legacy of Hell's Winter is striking a Bargain with the collective despair, bitterness, and resentment of Numbers long dead. It tends to manifest in familiar faces to the Sin-Eater in question. Case in point: Hell's Winter comes in the form of Alice Marlowe for Jack and Gabriel. Gabriel's work with HECATON Special Operations is a closely guarded secret even within the ranks of the Phantom Corps.
