Waking the Dead 2.0 || September 23-26, 2063 || MISSION: NSC004
WHO: The Knife Bitches Deirdra and Yulia
WHAT: Mission Number NSC004, "Better Hands Make Better Work"
WHERE: Wakiya, New York City, USA
WHEN: September 23-26, 2063.
SAFE FOR WORK? So far, yeah...?
OTHER NOTES: Not yet!
[Unlike most of the members of Wolf's Choice and the Erinyes, Deidra has some pretty fond memories of the United States of America. It was, after all, a country full of Keepers of the Vigil who were really pathetic at doing their jobs. And she was licensed to kill them.
It's kind of funny, then, how she's going to be training a bunch of them now. No skin off of her nose, though: more people in the Vigil's generally a good thing. As long as they learn to stay out of their way, she's good.
...Maybe she should make that her first lesson, come to think of it.
Anyway, have one Deirdra Max-Reyes waiting right at the gates of Wakiya for her partner to arrive, breathing in the air of New York City. Ah, American smog. Ah, white people entitlement.]

Exciting things.
Which is why she is lowering her expectations of New York when she steps out of the access point to Wakiya.
She lifts a hand in greeting when she gets to the gates, shifting the small duffel over her shoulder. It's been a while since she last saw Dierdra. ]
Hello.

[Pushing herself off of the pillar that she was leaning against and smiling.]
How's South America?
[Aria told her about how the Hounds were down there. That was why she had decided to contact Yulia in the first place for this stint: readily available partner-in-crime.]

[ There's a shrug. It's not like the Philippines is worse. ]
How are you? [ She smiles, sort of not really hiding how excited she is that she gets to work with Dierdra on this one. ]

[Slight grimace.]
Maybe I should have just stayed bored.
[She's got the right to be cynical, really. Few things could catch the attention of an Inquisitor of her level.]
