WHAT: The commanding officer of the South American Initiative has an announcement to make.
WHERE: Technically at Colina de las Espadas, but the announcement's done over the networks.

+ You guys are actually free to respond to the announcement by going over to Angela's office and talking to her personally. Just specify as much in either the header of your response, or in the tag itself.
+ I'm going to post two mission boards really soon. One will be for South America, and another will be for stuff that you guys can do during the timeskip. The main mission board will become a permanent fixture for DWRP shenanigans in this campaign - more on that later.

Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is Inquisitor Angela Brennan, your commanding officer, speaking. Before I get down to business, I'd like to personally extend my gratitude to everyone who has come to assist this initiative... you've all done a wonderful job.
I just had a meeting with your superior officers. We have decided that for duration of this campaign, effective Monday, 26th of September, we're going to start rotating operatives on a bi-weekly basis. I've attached a copy of the minutes of my meeting with them to this message: you're free to take a look if you're curious about our reasons.
If you have any questions on this matter, the door to my office is always open.

TO: THE WAR HOUNDS
SUBJECT: ADDITIONAL MEMORANDUM
[Angela's markedly more relaxed on screen, and now working her way through a cigarette. She takes a drag and smiles.]
Given this new development, you kids are supposed to pull out of Colina de las Espadas at 06:00 hours, October 2 - the Pride has been scheduled for transfer on the same day, together with the Vucari. Your superior officers, however, want to inform you that you're free to leave by 06:00 hours on September 25. The arrangements on your end are a little special because you're one of the blades that's been marked for MIH.
[MIH is Vigil Speak for hours that are meant to be spent on completing minor engagements, and participating in the day-to-day minutiae of the compacts and conspiracies that one belongs to as a Keeper of the Vigil.]
We're aware that you've been ordered to prioritize a series of major engagements, but in light of Fifth Circle Hunter Estanislao Marisigan's extended engagement, none of us feel that it's a good idea for the lot of you to busy yourselves with these ops until you're complete. Marisigan is going to return to Falner on October 22: that's a Saturday. That means that you guys can go back to throwing yourselves at the next biggest target by the Monday of that week.
Before any of you kids get all pouty about being placed on MIH, remember that whatever you busy yourselves with during this time period will go lengths towards promotions and clearance. Being a good Keeper is about balance, after all.
Anyway, like I said on the official memorandum, I'm just in my office if you need to speak to me.
