A fine blade of Hunters that were just a batch above Wolf’s Choice, praised by their superiors for their loyalty and their efficiency on the field. The death of Karlo Zobel de Ayala – their mentor, and the uncle of one of their members – nearly tore their group in half. Diamond Dog, however, helped set them straight. Some of them have left the Methuselah behind, but that doesn’t mean that they’ve forgotten the fact that they’re all friends with the same goal: canceling the Apocalypse.
The reason why the Pack is called the Pack is because of Matteo, the Uratha in their blade. The perfect werewolf pack is supposed to have five members, each representing one of the Auspices. In spite of everything, Matteo never really stopped viewing his blade mates as his packmates; that feeling went both ways. Don't tell him this, though, but the only reason why their members know an inordinate amount about gardening is because it's his hobby and they wanted to support him as best as they could with it.

Once one of the loudest supporters of the Wiseman’s Committee within his generation, recent events have made Paolo renounce his belief that the Wiseman’s Committee of the Methuselah know what’s best for the conspiracy. Paolo hails from a long line of Philippine Hunters from Laguna that only recently chose to join another conspiracy instead of aiding the Maharlika. He’s a crack shot on the field and a really nice guy when he’s off of it.
Paolo found himself standing at a crossroads when he discovered what Wolf's Choice - and by extension, the Rockin' Rollas - was trying to do. He had taken the members of Wolf's Choice under his wing as comrades and surrogate younger siblings, and it was difficult for him to believe that the conspiracy he believed in was involved in terrible things. Now that the cat's out of his bag, though, he's burdened with guilt over not trusting them enough.

Paolo had several recruitment offers from "officers" of other conspiracies after Certain Elements Within the Vigil saw what he was up to with Diamond Dog and Team Death Wish. He's turned them down because he believes that Kaiser Charo Bahaghari could use all the help she can get right now. As such, he stood with his Kaiser during the Ides of March and ended up seeing the Exarchs take Australia down first hand.
