Liberated from a cruel human husband by members of HECATON Special Operations that were assigned to the Philippines during the Second World War, Halo was placed in Mercedes Ciela’s care. She ended up making quite the reputation for herself as a mysterious healer/medic that saved countless of lives – mundane and supernatural – all across Luzon. She approached HECATON about training after the war ended, and as soon as she received her colors, she returned, triumphant, to her benefactor to help her set Brent up. Pleasant and warm to anyone she meets, Halo’s a bleeding heart who seems to have made it her personal mission to Take Care of People – unless, of course, you threaten the safety of her people.
Halo left her post at Brent International School in order to man Taft Base. She set things up at Medical for Hatsuharu Kurogane, her current superior.
