A graduate of Brent International School, Zoey was on her first year of university at Ateneo de Manila prior to the breaking of the Veil. She’s the daughter of two Wolfborn who are aware of the World of Darkness, and made it a point to expose their child to her heritage as soon as they were able.
Zoey used to shuttle between Ateneo and Sagada in order to keep in touch with the Tribes of the Moon up north. She was shunted over to Falner when Charo had as many of the Hunters who would follow her come and seek refuge with the United Vigil. At present, she's one of the younger recruits of the outpost that her conspiracy has made for itself on the Estate's grounds.

The difficulty that Zoey is facing with regard to finding people whom she can form a blade with is typical for Uratha. Her instructors, however, do note that her personality also aggravates this issue.
Zoey was flagged during Team Death Wish's investigations on the God Machine. However, Medical has since cleared her for active duty. Whatever was in her before has disappeared.
