Bella is one of the few non-vampires in Riley Falner’s circle, having sworn on her blade to carve a path to the world that the Daywalker hoped to see no matter what. It is said that the reason why she’s gunned for the Wisemen and managed to claw her way to the top against all odds was to place herself in a position that could potentially aid her King. Given the climate within her conspiracy, it’s entirely possible that her loyalties may end up getting her killed.

At present, Bella is one of the "leaders" of a group calling themselves the Defiant within Aidan's new Methuselah. These Defiant are Wisemen who have chosen to follow the Dragon, and have been invited to serve as his counsel. There's no real word on whether they occupy any official position yet, but the Methuselah operatives who stand with the United Vigil view the Defiant as leaders of their contingent.
